It is not an exaggeration to say that 2025 has been a complete revolution for BROMPTON BICYCLE here in the United States. A wave of new models and configurations (and the end of some classic designs) has already begun:
- The G Line, a 20-inch, off-road capable Brompton.
- The G Line Electric, the same, but with added pedelec assistance.
- The C Line 12-speed and 4-speed models.
- The C Line Electric with the New e-Motiq system.*
- The P Line VERSION 2, with more carbon fiber components and frame parts.*
We have #1, 2 and 3 in store to check out. *We plan to have #4 and 5 demo models for test rides in late Feb., early March. We may even acquire a demo model of the new T-Line, the lightest Brompton currently made, despite our misgivings about selling such a costly machine for commuting!
This is a roundabout way of saying that now more than ever, “There is a Brompton that’s WRONG for you”! Our responsibility as a Brompton dealer, as always, is to make sure you choose the correct machine to accomplish your particular mobility mission. The only way we’ve managed to do that is IN PERSON* at the shop.
*YES, we have sold a number of Bromptons over the telephone or online; but it’s not our favorite way to do things.
